Student Recognition Award

This award ($1000.00) recognizes a New Brunswick student enrolled in a post secondary program related to recreation and/or active living, and who has contributed to recreation and/or physical activity services in New Brunswick through volunteer activities, work experiences or studies. The student must have been registered full time over the past year in a post secondary program related to recreation and/or physical activity.​

The student must be a member of Recreation NB | Loisirs N.-B. Nominations may be submitted by a community, an educational institution, an association or by an individual. Please note that students may nominate themselves or other students.

There’s a lot happening in New Brunswick’s rec There’s a lot happening in New Brunswick’s recreation scene, from new facilities to community recognition.

Salisbury’s new playground, Memramcook’s Age-Friendly Community designation, Tantramar’s Quarry Park opening, and Hampton’s new Summit Centre all show how recreation is strengthening communities across the province.

 Il se passe beaucoup de choses dans le domaine du loisir au Nouveau-Brunswick, de nouvelles installations à la reconnaissance communautaire.
