Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an important event that brings together members and stakeholders to discuss and review the organization’s achievements, challenges, and future plans in the field of recreation. During the AGM, key reports are presented, including financial updates, program highlights, and strategic initiatives. Members can voice their opinions, ask questions, and collaborate with others. The AGM serves as a platform for connections, engagement, transparency, accountability, and promoting and enhancing recreation opportunities for all.
Join us October 18th, 2024 at the Crowne Plaza (Jr. Ballroom) from 2:00 – 4:30 PM for our Annual General Meeting.
Also, we will be hosting our 50th anniversary awards ceremony / social at the Beaverbrook Art Gallery from 6:00 – 9:00 PM.
